Exchange/Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

To be accepted, returns & exchanges must be unworn and unwashed in the same condition that you received it. Exchanges & returns are only offered for domestic orders.  Only regular-priced items may be refunded (excluding special promotions). Sale collection items are not eligible for refund. Items from sale collection may be exchanged for another item. Must be exchanged or returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

How To Exchange/Return:
* Please pack items in a secure package or reuse ours.
* Fill in your order # and email address above:
    1. Contact our customer support by email or filling out the form below.
    2. Include your name and order number.
    3. Make sure all of the returned items are in the box with the invoice.
    4. Download and print the shipping label that is emailed to you once your form is submitted.
    5. Go to your local United States Post Office to ship the package.
    6. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item is processed. Please allow 5-7 business days once the item is received to process your exchange or refund.

Exchanges (if applicable):
* We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges.
* Exchanges must be made for items of same or lesser value.

Returns for Store Credit (if applicable):
* We are happy to offer 100% free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges for store credit.
* Store credit will be given based on value of order placed.

Returns for Refund (if applicable):
* For returns for refund, we will provide the shipping label to return the product for a flat rate of $9.00 which will cover shipping and handling charges.
* Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt.

Processing & Shipping:
* We process and ship items in the order that we receive them between 8 am - 5 pm PST Monday - Friday.
* Please allow up to 4 business days for processing of orders to be completed.
* Exchanges, returns for store credit, and/or returns for refund will not be processed until products have been received by our warehouse and the product's returned condition has been confirmed.
